  我们组的服务对象是天河南六运六街404的郑涛。在我们的帮助和其他人的努力下，郑涛的情况有很大的好转。
  记得我们第一次去的时候，郑涛在那里说的都是打打杀杀的事情，很有暴力倾向，而且，他母亲跟我们说，他消费很大，没有考虑家里的情况，不会节约。经过后来我们跟他谈心及开导，他已经好了很多，心态越来越平和，生活的规律也较明显好转，而且不会只是想那些打打杀杀的事情，在后来的交谈中，他会主动跟我们谈他的心态、生活的状况，急一些时事，发表他的一些观点。下面具体介绍以下他的现状。
  每个星期他都会去一趟白云山，锻炼身体；经常帮家里做些力所能及的事情。以前他都不干那些事情的；经常关注新闻、时事，每天看两三份报纸，但买报纸太多让他的家人觉得太浪费钱；现在他每天晚上保持在十一点左右睡觉，早上七点起床，生活有规律；以前他看病基本上是要他母亲陪他一起去的，这几次他都是一个人去的，说明情况有所好转；以前他说他很情绪化，但他单独时会感到失落，经常哭。从我们这段时间跟他接触发现他乐观了很多；
以前他会时而兴奋时而茫莫，但从我们这几次的交流中，我们发现他的心态很平和，不像以前那样，但有一点是时常较兴奋，需要得到别人的认可，这是心理上的障碍，怕自己被忽视，所以这方面我觉得有必要加强有工作。总得来说多方面都好了很多，但在这期中我觉得是他自己的努力较大，我们只是提供了一部分帮助。
通过跟郑涛的接触，我们也开拓了视野，他会经常跟我们讲一些最新的消息或是产品，让我们了解了很多东西。同时，通过帮助他，我们觉得自己也觉自己提高了很多，觉得自己做的事情有意义。助人为乐，他让我们看清社会上一大批需要帮助的人，他们需要我们的关爱，需要我们的奉献。生活在同一片蓝天下，我们应该携手创造大家美好的生活。
