Story 1：大家一起分享“心心之家”两周年畅想曲！
从2004年8月成立到现在，美丽的“心心之家”让大家一次次的深深感受到人世间难得的真情，我很开心能在这片纯真美丽的净土上认识到许多可敬可爱的长者以及许多可亲可爱的志愿者朋友，大家从互不相识到心心贴近，这真是一份难得的缘分啊！
今天，“心心之家”迎来二周岁生日，她就像一个可爱的小baby，从咿咿呀呀学语，到学会微笑和聆听，学懂付出窝心及真心的关怀，她一直努力着，一直坚持着！在这里，充满越来越多的人间温情，这是一份大家都能感觉到的情怀！在这里，我们能够体会到付出带来的喜悦，能够感受到给长者带来温馨关爱后的幸福感与成就感。
每个周日，长者们总是欢天喜地的等待着我们的到来，他们在我们每一次进行探访时都显得很开心。在我们面前，他们把整颗心都掏出来，把自己的生活中的点点滴滴，包括那些看似琐碎，但却倾注了他们的无限信任与关爱的想法和心情故事都向我们倾诉！而我们则带着微笑，与长者围坐在一起，聆听着他们的喜怒哀乐。我们知道，除了周日的探访活动外，长者们平日都是很孤独的，而我们所给予的微笑、关怀或者是小植物都成为了他们的精神依托。真心希望长者们不再感到孤独与无奈，也希望我们真的能够给予他们一份简单的爱！
其实，在一次次的“心心之家”活动中，我们不仅是在帮助长者们，而且是在向他们学习。也许我们没有机会去体会长者们的经历过的事情，但我们可以用心去感受。只要想到他们历经的种种磨难，就会觉得我们所遇到的小小挫折其实根本算不了什么，而且从中我们还能学到他们豁达的精神。这些长者们伴随着我们的成长，也见证着我们慢慢变得成熟起来！
岁月总会洗尽铅华，每个人都总会有老去的时候，相信每个人都希望在生命中的每个日子都有爱自己的人一直陪伴在身边。但对长者们而言，难道这就成了一种奢望了吗？其实，这份爱，我们是可以给予的！微笑、倾听、坚持！――带着微笑，用心倾听，长年累月的坚持也可以形成一种习惯！我希望大家在工作、学习之余，利用自己的空闲时间去看看可敬可爱的长者们，付出这份简单的爱！这是我们能够做到的！是我们的确做到的！与此同时，我们也可以得到长者们爱的支持与鼓励！这是一个“助人自助”的过程。
让我们用双手划出一道美丽的彩虹，划出一颗美丽如骄阳的心！举起双臂，摇动双手，就象《真心英雄》的歌词所唱的那样：“和心爱的朋友热情相拥，让真心的话和开心的泪，在你我的心里流动！” 请大家都在心底记住这句话：“予人玫瑰，手有余香”。在“心心之家”里，这份关怀的爱一直延续着，我们一直在这份爱的感染下继续着这一习惯，给长者们多带来一些的温暖和关爱。

其实我并不是参加“心心之家”――广船敬老院探访活动时间最长的那批会员之一，但在“心心之家”的这些日子里，我看到了“心心之家”在不断成长，看到大家也在不断成长。我常常在想：到底是什么留住了旧志愿者的心呢？是什么使我们坚持来到敬老院探访呢？是敬老院美好的环境吗？不是。是志愿者们吗？也不是。我觉得真正留住志愿者之心的其实是我们所探访的那些长者。是他们，使我们不断地坚持来到这里；是他们，与志愿者建起了难以割舍的感情，有些长者甚至就如对待自己的亲生儿女一样对待我们。
记得有一次我来到敬老院，一位陌生的老人家向我挥手，我去到她身边，她笑着问我：“你是某某某吗？”我说：“我不是。对不起，婆婆，我不认识他。”但她坚持说：“你是他，你很像他啊。”然后，她就一直笑着并且凝视着我。于是我问旁边的护工婆婆所说的那个人究竟是谁，护工说那是她的孙子，她见到像我这种年纪的志愿者都会以为是她的孙子。可想而知，老人家们是多么需要我们去关怀啊，他们把我们看作是一家人，而渐渐地我们也把他们看作一家人了，所以说，是长者们留住了我们的心。
既然旧志愿者留住了，那到底是什么唤来了新志愿者呢？到底为什么“心心之家” 能够不断地涌现出新人，使志愿者的规模不断地扩大呢？那就是我们志愿者的感染力了。志愿者在有意或无意间做了一件事，或者是不断地做着同一件事，那就很容易感染到身边的人。有人也许觉得自己做志愿者并不能帮助什么人，还不如赚钱后在街上将其派给乞丐了。但是他没有想过，加入志愿者并不只是发挥一个人的力量，而是要同时感染着身边的人，而那些受到感染的人又不断感染着他们身边的人，这份力量将会以几何级数递升，这份力量比起一个人拿着100万在街上派强得多。其实，一名志愿者的力量是有限的，甚至可以说是微不足道的，但是，你若感染了身边的人，那时候就不仅仅是你一个人的力量了，而是积少成多，聚沙成塔，志愿者的力量将是无可估量啊。

Story 3：平凡中的印迹……
一个月前，萍姐已经开始为“心心之家”两周年活动设想筹划了，她邀请了“新世界”的热心朋友进行赞助。这些日子以来，萍姐不辞劳苦地打电话和发信息给志愿者朋友，连续3次约了丁一、锋疯、凡华、小华、天神、高妹，咸鱼和“新世界”的雷先生在沙面的KFC开会，共同讨论和制定有关“心心之家”两周年生日的“温情探访同乐日”的活动方案、流程、人员分工和活动指引与须知等内容。锋疯等志愿还乐此不疲地邀请旧朋友前来庆贺，或者分享心得与快乐心情等。他们所付出的默默而真诚的努力，大家都看在眼里……
迎接两周年庆祝活动的这天清晨，我带着一位同事以及她的儿子，还有另两位初中生一起在7点30分从宝岗路出发，直奔久违的“心心之家”！8点钟，我们来到环境优美而且充满温情的广船“心心之家“，那时已经看到萍姐和达达等志愿者在布置会场的忙碌背影……
于是，我就安排同事的小孩，小彪和小敏负责签到记录以及赠送徽章的工作，而其他朋友也陆续到来了，一张张微笑着脸孔洋溢着青春的风采，我也向大伙报以微笑！然后，我根据“男女搭配，干活不累”原则，安排不同的志愿者朋友负责各个摊位游戏的工作。然后，大家很认真地听完萍姐讲有关游戏的介绍和注意事项，就分开找位置布置游戏现场了。
另一边厢，主持人锋疯和新绿正紧张地对着主持稿，嘻嘻，他们可是“心心之家”闪亮登场的金牌司仪啊！他们认真的干劲是大家都有目共睹的。
此外，摄影师凡华、Ryan，Jordan和大雄正默默地捕捉着那一幕幕平凡却又真情流露的镜头，希望让大家通过镜头真切感受到志愿者的平凡与实在，让大家进一步接近“心心之家”的真情……嗯，原来这份真情并不是遥不可及的，而是近在眼前的，真实是存在于这个社会的！
活动开始了，大家踩着青春的节拍，伴着欢快的音乐节奏，唱着《浪花一朵朵》，向我们可爱的长者和其他朋友展现着志愿者的青春、活力以及乐观向上的精神面貌，这种快乐的感觉真的很美妙！

而在游园会中，我推着一位瘫痪且患有糖尿病的伯伯去参与游戏，伯伯的脚有些腐烂，坐轮椅的时候，一只脚掉了下来，开始我还是有些害怕的，但是看到伯伯渴望参与游戏的热切眼神，我轻轻地为他摆好双脚，陪着他玩遍每一个游戏，尽力满足长者的每一个愿望……伯伯真棒呀，老当益壮，套圈游戏环环都中！飞镖游戏一矢中的！钓鱼游戏更是满载荣归！真是厉害！伯伯笑得见牙不见脸了！呵呵，真替他老人家开心！
最后，整个周年庆祝活动在一片快乐中结束了，但曲终人未散！小龙女、老情、老差、傻猪曳猪等志愿者还在细心地协助工作人员做好清场和清洁工作，辛苦了！
我们是芸芸众生中平凡的一员，我们并没有做出什么惊天动地的事情，只是尽自己微薄之力为长者们做一些力所能及的事情，也许并不能做到尽善尽美，也许并没有收到很好的效果，但是，我们看到了长者们欣慰的笑容，亲身感受到了心灵之间的那份灵犀，我们继续努力着，我们不会让长者，也不会让自己失望的！
予人玫瑰，手有留香！
给予、付出与收获，志愿者的工作就如阳光和水分在荷花从含苞到盛开的过程所做的一样，默默付出，无私给予，换来美丽之花。春花秋实，这份美丽经历着四季，经历着人世间的严寒与温情，却依旧动人！这份美丽源自于平凡、源自于真诚、源自于我们这颗平凡却又真挚的心灵！
朋友啊，继续努力！我和大家一齐努力，一齐加油！生命无价，热情永远！为了长者们的微笑与快乐，我们始终努力着！

Story 4：义工无价——记在广青一周年之“心心之家”探访篇

今天（7月30日）刚好是我报名参加广州青年志愿者一周年的日子。转眼间，做义工已经一年了，我觉得时间好像过得既快又慢。
每个人做每一件事情都会有一个原因或目的的，因为只有这样我们才可能坚持做下去。做义工也一样，我们都有各自的原因，我也不例外。我加入广青做义工的原因是十分清晰而且明确的：第一，我觉得自己长大了，有能力去帮助一些人，也应该去帮助一些人，做一些事情来奉献社会；第二，我想提高自己。因为自己还很年轻，有很多不足的地方，所以想多参加一些活动去全面提高自己；第三，希望多认识一些朋友。我们在生活上、学习上和工作上都离不开朋友，朋友对我们来讲是很重要的。简单来说，自己做义工就是“为人为己”。而一年下来，自己的收获远远超过了以上三点。首先，我用自己热情和知识带给了长者与弱障朋友们发自内心的快乐，帮助他们进步；其次，自己在这一年来不断地成长，在大家（各位义工）身上和在各个服务对象身上都能学到很多东西，还领悟了很多道理；与此同时，我还认识了一大群真诚的朋友。大家在平时的生活中相互关心与鼓励，还一起去游玩和学习。另外，我还学会了用心聆听，学懂了怎样去关心身边的人，怎样与人沟通，以及要珍惜身边的一切……
我清楚记得，第一次参加广青义工活动就是在广船老人院。从此，自己就对“心心之家”，对广船“一见钟情”。一年以来，自己与这里的一切都建立了一份难舍难分的深厚感情。
我们所探访的每一位长者都经历过很多事情，都走过了人生的每一个阶段，但是为什么他们目前状况有如此大差异呢？有的可以每天过得快乐满足，谈笑风生；有的却整天愁眉苦脸，怨天尤人。有的长者总爱将开心及值得自豪的回忆反复讲述，有的则把伤心的事重复叨唠……如果我们细心观察就会发现，凡是健康的，受大家喜爱的长者的心态都是积极乐观的，而且会不断去学习的。琛婆婆和陈开伯就是很好的例子。这使我明白了一个道理：我们的生活的快乐与否完全取采决于自己的心态与想法，我们想要开心或不开心其实都是很容易的。如果我们像乐观的长者一样，不断地重复和回味开心的事情，那我们的生活就会重复地开心，持续地快乐；但是，如果我们常常记住或不断重复那些不开心的事情，那我们就重复着悲伤。在探访活动的过程中，很多志愿者都有这样的想法：长者们目前的状态很有可能就是我们年老以后的写照。如果真是这样的话，我们更应保持开朗的心境，以后做个快乐老人了！
……
我们每一位义工都有这样的同感：做义工是一件很开心的事。在带给长者或其他服务对象快乐的同时，我们也能获得双倍甚至更多的快乐，那种快乐是很踏实，很长久的。不过我觉得做义工时除了快乐以外，最大的收获就是改变了自己对人生的看法，以及带来了自己的生活态度和价值观的确立与改变。例如，做义工后，我觉得自己不是以一个个体存在的，我们每个人都是社会里的一个分子。我们可以去帮助身边的人，同时，我们自身也需要得到身边的人的关心和帮助，如果我们脱离了社会这个大群体，一切以自我为中心，那就会很孤独无助了。举个例子，就好像一块正烧得通红的木炭，一旦离开了整一堆炭时，它就会慢慢熄灭；但如果把它重新放到炭堆里，它就又能够熊熊燃烧起来了。
做义工，我们不能在金钱或其他物质利益上得到直接的回报，因为它是义务工作。但是，除了这一点，我觉得自己可以得到许许多多的收获，而那一切都是无价的！总而言之，这一年自己的感受和收获真的是很多很多，就如我跟同届的志愿者朋友冰河聊天时他所说的那样：“我们成长了！”

Story 5：第三次去冲口老人院

今天早上去冲口老人院，这是我第一次带新人参加活动，因为没有什么经验，所以有点紧张，而且说不定那些志愿者比我还更懂得如何跟老人家相处呢。
今天活动时，有一位沈婆婆哭得好伤心，那时我觉得十分揪心。于是，我跟另一位朋友，还有婆婆的女儿一起在旁边不停地安慰她，后来我们又问起她年轻时拍拖的幸福时光，让她想想以前开心的事。而她说起以前的事之时，还让我们知道了原来中山大学以前是叫岭南大学的，真是意外收获啊，呵呵！然后，我们又跟一位九十多岁的老婆婆聊天，她十分乐观，还跟我们唱起了客家山歌，真是可爱！

Story 6：第一次金花老人院

虽然依旧是很冷，但今天的天气的确比昨天的好了点。我一早就去到陈家祠，发现比自己预定的时间提早了半个多小时，可能是我心急怕迟到的缘故吧。我去麦当劳喝了杯奶茶，然后在地铁站遇见Jane和达达，于是就与他们一起去“金花”了。
今天是我第一次去老人院慰问老人，我的心情十分紧张，一方面是怕在和老人家交流的过程中会遇到一些不会解决的问题，另一方面又怕自己的口才不够好而令到老人家不开心。
我和Suey被分在同一组。犹豫了很久之后，我们最终选择了一位坐在轮椅上的老婆婆，那时候她正坐在一个不显眼的角落里。"不幸"的是，那位老婆婆因为中风而难以开口说话，即使我们将耳朵紧靠着她的嘴巴也听不清她在说什么，因此，我们跟她沟通时出现了很多尴尬的情况，有时候我们只能靠看口型或手势去判断老婆婆想说的话；有时候我们可能要花半分钟才能弄明白她一句话的意思；还有时候确实听不懂她在说什么，我们就只好点头应答着。另一方面，其实我也不知道老婆婆是否真的能听清楚我们所说的内容，但是她总是不时地微笑着点头，这已经令我们觉得十分安慰了，同时，也使我们充满热情地继续参与这项工作。
在谈到“老火靓汤”的时候，老婆婆十分开心，我不知道为什么，可能就像Suey所说的，老婆婆以前经常煲汤，这样会勾起她的回忆吧。然后我们还跳了手语操和唱了《祝福你》来活跃气氛，让老人能感受一下青春的气息。不过在表演的时候，我不时地看到老婆婆露出迷惘的眼神，可能是因为她知道我们快要离开，有点不舍吧。活动结束后我跟她承诺以后有空的话会尽量在中午来探望她，她听了后显得十分开心和充满期待。
下午我还去了广船，活动后与萍姐一起坐车回家，途中她教了我很多与老人家沟通的方法，还告诉了我一些老人家心态方面的东西，使我获益良多。不过听萍姐说老人院中午是不允许探访的，我顿时觉得好失落，因为答应了那位老婆婆的事竟然做不到。但是不要紧，我下星期依然可以在早上去金花老人院参加活动，下周约定你――老婆婆。

Story 7：幸福之家

今天我七点半起床，七点四十五分赶去幸福之家，真担心自己会迟到，幸好去到的时候刚好是八点，还算是比较早的，真幸运！但是今天在幸福之家发生了几件不是太好的事情，其中一件是高妹弄伤了，要去医院，然后她又被转去另一间医院留医几天，真是不幸啊，希望她快点好起来，早日回到我们广青这个大家庭吧！
说完了不开心的事情，还是说些开心点的吧。今天我们推着轮椅带那些老人家去陈家祠活动，别以为没什么，其实推轮椅也是挺累的，手都有点酸了。而因为今天没做什么准备，所以去了陈家祠后除了跳手语操外就没有别的事情做了，使得有些老人家觉得十分沉闷。幸亏后来锋疯扮马和鸡叫，总算让大家有点乐趣。当我们临走时，有一位老人家走过来，说见到我们在这里搞活动很开心，他还想给我们唱两首歌呢，哈哈！这次活动总算有个比较好的结尾。
去了幸福之家之后，下午我们紧接着去了沙面参加“心心之家”的联欢活动，还与其他的一些志愿者一起去吃午饭，而且由丁一请客，哈哈！真好！
然后我们步行去蓬源路那里接一些老人家，送他们到沙面后，我与Lucy站在街上等，等了很久，真是觉得有点闷了，于是我们就在那里听MP3来打发时间。接着我们又去另一个地方去接残疾人士洪姨，我们用轮椅推着她走了很长一段路，十分累啊。
接下来的一个活动就是唱卡拉OK了，我们没有唱的就坐在一旁玩，Crystal跟我一起“欺负”Lucy，哈哈哈!看来我这个“猪妈”形象还做得挺不错的。哈哈！然后他们点了些节奏较快的歌曲，老情，天神和我就一起跳钢管舞，哈哈！真是有趣啊!而且十分搞笑。还有，第一次看到蚊子在跳舞，而且是非常兴奋的在独舞，一副十分享受的样子！
活动结束后我们就坐车赶回地王广场开分享会了，但是迟到了半小时，后来要弄到8点才开完，然后大家一起去吃饭。
接着就回家了。我刚刚洗完澡，还喝了一盒奶茶，感觉真好！然后就写了这篇感受，接下来当然是睡觉了。哈哈！今天活动的照片还没拿到，下次吧。
最后要祝愿高妹早日康复，身体健康！早日回到我们广青这个大家庭！

Story 8：3月6日康寿半天

2006年3月6日是康寿在农历新年过后第二次开展活动的时间。如同往常一样，报名帖一出我就早早地报了名。为了参加这次活动，5日晚上我比往常提早了休息，晚上12点半就睡觉了，而且为了防止再次到，所以预先调好了闹钟。岂料6日的凌晨3点半手机突然响起，我以为到时间要起床去康寿了，就立刻从软软的床铺中起来，冲去洗手间进行梳洗。5分钟后，我走到客厅，看到大钟显示的时间居然是3点40分，当时我还以为是大钟停了，便拿出手机来看时间，竟然也是3点40分！那时候我心想：难道是因为我做义工过多，弄到精神失常？我再认真地看了一下手机，原来是三条无聊短信（即什么什么抽奖的），那些可恶的短信居然把我欺骗了，害我以为是闹铃。无奈之下，我只好乖乖地爬回自己的床去了。
7：30分正式闹铃响起，这次我居然忘记要去康寿的事情了（因为一般而言，当我醒过一次后再醒就会以为又过一天了）。我拿着手机呆呆地看着上面的时间显示，一分钟过后才记起原来今天要参加康寿的活动。于是我再次冲进洗手间进行梳洗。5分钟过后，又立刻去挑选衣服更换，然后冲去车站……
8点到第一个车站（当然，这时候我还没吃早餐），眺望远处……85路车来啦！于是我马上冲上车，经过40分钟的车程后就到了动物公园，到达时那里居然连一个志愿者也没有，应该是给负责人先带去目的地了吧。这时候，我的手机突然响起，上面显示Jordan的电话号码，我感到十分好奇（这时我已经忘记自己之前叫他到了动物公园就打我手机这件事）。后来，我去接了Jordan，然后跟他一起坐84A路车直奔目的地――康寿。下车时见到“金鱼面”，也就是牛腩，“金鱼面”这名字是由于他上次从康寿回来的途中所做的某件事而得的。神奇的是牛腩居然还认得我（因为我今天戴了一副有框的眼镜，而且头发没有分界，照理说他应该不认得我才对的）。我们三人一起走去康寿，居然第一次见到“如期搭马”（听说这次活动还有华农的学生参加）。到康寿后先由杯杯姐姐开展新人指引（我已经是“身经百战”了，当然是不需要听的）。新人指引后就由负责人分组安排服务对象，这次虽然多人参加活动，但是旧人就寥寥无几。
9点50分，我，Jordan和另外一个女生（忘记名字了）一起开展服务。Jordan做事果然厉害，第一次参加活动就可以跟长者们沟通得如斯了得（但其实他一直有在“心心之家”那里陪长者的，这次居然能被我“挖脚”成功，真不得不佩服自己）。我先给一些新人做了示范和指引，接着就让他们与长者进行沟通了。然后我走去另外一边看看其他新人开展活动的情况，可是结果去却不尽人意。
   11点活动结束，我通知志愿者离开，然后大家在门口开分享会，此时居然下毛毛雨了。幸好本人平时有个“坏习惯”，就是喜欢随身带伞，所以能够免受“雨水之灾”。
   分享会结束后大部分人都各自散去了，我和其他一些人一起到区庄的某家饭店吃饭（又忘记名字了）吃完饭后，大家进行活动的小结和研究，方便以后更好地开展活动（内容不详谈了）。
    会议结束后我就回家挂QQ和睡觉了……
