下雨天，志愿者同行
Raining, but going together!

It’s the first time this year when the rainfall came down, looking like pearls, bringing us with happiness. As the elderly said, we’re the beautiful rainbow in their hearts, however, one thing they don’t know is that they would be always our care!
It was raining for the whole night till this morning, it was very inestimable when about twenty young volunteers in the orderly’s home, bringing with their warm heart and happy Today, there’re a group of student who were coming from Guangzhou university here. During the time being with the orderlies, they played some happy games with them, also, they had a class of ordinary health for them.
This time, the olders whom we’re going to visit were older Fang and older Huan. Coming with me, there’re little Angle, Zhiwen, Tiffany, Tianshen, Aac,.
Seeing us, older Fang was so happy that be busy for finding chairs for us. Where is older Huan? Oh, maybe it was good for sleeping, we found older Huan was still sleeping. So we got seated around older Huan, chatting with her.
‘Bad day, isn’t it?’ said older Huan, ‘will it be so tired for you to come here this time?’
‘Oh, no, no!’ we followed quickly, ‘it’s a wondering and will be a wonderful day for us staying with you!’
‘Older Huan talked about the passed years, the tough passes… Latter, older Fang wake up, being aid by us to get up, and then she was to be seated by older Huan. A few minutes later, we come back to their old storeys.
Form the chatting, we knew older Fang was more than 90, but she was still looked less than 90. To the orphan like her, the secret why she could live for so long is lying in the happy heart she owned. When it comes to older Huan, it goes the same.
To the older like them, we are the children who are feeding by sweats, those guys who are unaware of their felicity.
Hmm, we know, we’re going to know…
We know their stories…
We know why their being here…
We know why we are standing here…
Make it right, we’re so fortunate…
The olders also talked about the tough times when the Japan invaders rush into Guangzhou, also they tell us the Japanese’s not-human doings. When came to this, they were outraged, and so were us. They also talked about the hard times when they were wondering in Guangzhou looking for something to eat…
Now, all has come away. For the olders today, when there’s something to eat, somewhere to live in, they are so happy, they said. Do the youngs like us, comparing with us such oleders who has passed two centuries, need to be downcast while coming across some reverse and encounter frustration? It would certainly be nothing when you think of them, I thing.
Let’s turn to some happy things. We talked with punch of things, also the topic had reached to songs.
‘We like songs, especially Guangzhou especially Guangdong songs.’ The olders said. To our surprise, most of us were shame to sing for them, and when it came to me, who likes singing, nothing changed. Yeth, I’ll be ready with some songs next time, for the olders.
It was advised, if it would be sunny next time, the young volunteers should do some cleaning for the olders, such like sweeping the floor, cleaning the windows and chairs, of course, all of our action/activity should be approved by the olders. As we knew, most of them are more than 80,being not very convenient to do such things . Coming from our tenet—Your smile, my dive, try our best, please. Their smile, our drive!
When went back, the two loveable olders insisted seeing us off, saying, ‘It’s a most happy thing when we see your coming!’
Being sweet and warmed, oh no, I just to know such simple words can warm our heart for so long.
