今次生日会咁乱…我都有责任！因为今次生日会期间…我要系楼下采访上官…所以忽略左上面…希望各位志愿者可以见谅！我地下次会做得更好…而宜家我策划紧儿童六一活动…希望大家多D支持下！计划书系儿童群可以下载…大家睇完就比D意见啦！thx…

《小惠》

<P>不知贴是谁发的，但本人认为有些词语用的不好，人也有做错事的时候，在这里所说的每句话，大家都看到的，一些比较私人的可以私下谈私下改进呢？如果每件事都摆在论坛上，那是否会有点不顾情面呢？</P>
<P>批评也要有个度吧，一味的批评别人，也许会得到反效果</P>
<P>大家是患儿义工，目标的只有一个，就是小朋友开心，只要小朋友开心就好拉，活动乱不乱，好不好。这些也可以慢慢改进的，但如果因为一个分享贴而伤了一个优秀义工的心，那就太不值得了~~~</P>

<P>以上只是本人的小小意见！并无针对某人的意思，我只想，患儿的义工都能理解他人，原谅他人。</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT face=新宋体 color=#000000><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 总结:这次活动比较混乱，很容易出现冷场。是因为带队小助对生日的准备不太好和其他带队的缺少了沟通，分配工作的时候不够细心，。希望下次有所进步，搞得比这次好得多。还有关于小雨提出的问题，希望啊洁提醒她的朋友可以分清楚什么时候该做什么样的事！！这是一个参加志愿者活动的地方，不是志愿者的人请下次在楼下或者在其他不妨碍志愿者活动的地方等候人。还有，那位男性朋友在活动场地内说粗口，在大家开分享的时候在旁边抽烟，请注意下自己的形象吧。这次还有“愿望成真”来了儿童医院实现小朋友的愿望，其实“愿望成真”实现小朋友的愿望这个出发点是好的，但最好尽量避免在生日会这样有很多小朋友看见的地方送小朋友礼物了，因为如果你们送给许了愿望的小朋友礼物的时候，会有其他小朋友会羡慕收到礼物的小朋友，所以希望可以注意一下。</SPAN></FONT></P>
