活动的具体内容  

      一个学期的时间不长，来不及将所有的缤纷展现给那些乡村的孩子！
      一个学期的时间不短，足够为孩子们打开一扇看世界的窗，和告诉他们你的爱！

      甘肃省庆阳市镇原县孟坝镇何范（苗圃）希望小学地处山区，是5.12地震的灾区项目学校，是何范村的一所完全小学，距中心镇30余里。现下辖8个村组，农民2000余人，学生180余人。学校由于没有专业的英语老师，所以孩子们的英语基础很薄弱，尤其口语能力很差，所以希望能吸纳一些懂汉语、有爱心、耐心的老师帮助并激发他们的英语兴趣。同时学生对语文（注重教学普通话）、音乐、美术等科目也急需老师的培养。

英语、语文、音乐、美术、志愿者：
1、英语志愿者或大学生，英语专业人员最佳；
2、对教育、公益事业有热忱，有支教、公益服务经验优先考虑；
3、能吃苦耐劳，配合学校各项工作

伙食：
      每天的伙食由学校负责安排，一般是在校内食堂解决（志愿者如有特殊要求需提前提出，至于标准就不做统一规定了，质量方面学校会尽力保证）

交通费用：
      志愿者来校，往返的交通费用由志愿者自付，学校一般要负责到当地车站接站，并对志愿者在当地预定和购买返程车票提供帮助。

课余时间：
      志愿者如果想外出到学校所在的县(区)以外的地区或其它城市的时候,一定要得到学校及相关老师的允许，志愿者如要离开校园外出，也要让学校的相关负责老师知道。

安全问题：
      志愿者外出和出游，费用由志愿者自负；如需学校派人陪同，陪同者的所有费用也由志愿者负担，安全问题由志愿者个人承担（尽量不建议做学校安排以外的出游）

时间：
      长期志愿者一般是6-9周或以上，假期志愿者一般是1-2周或以上。具体支教时间要视具体情况在支教行为开始前由双方商定好；

住宿条件：
      提供宿舍及基本生活用品，保证良好的卫生条件，在校内无网络。

教学：
      志愿者要有一个支教的教学计划及文化交流的计划，以便能达到支援学校教学，开阔学生视野的目的。

护照和签证问题：
       如有需学校在当地帮助办理的，所发生一切费用志愿者自付，且要在支教行为开始前说明，请学校选择。

对于未提到的事项，由志愿者与学校两方沟通解决。

One semester is not long enough for you to exhibit all the bright things of life to the children.
Whereas one semester is not short for you to help children get a better understanding of the world and to show them your love.

If you have some spare time and you are willing to dedicate your love, and if you are eager for going into the beautiful minds of children in the rural area, and bring them a period of wonderful life, then you are welcome to join us to create a more brilliant future for the children.

The Hefan (Nursery) Hope primary school in Mengba Town, Zhenyuan County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province locates in the mountain area. This school is a project school of disaster-hit area in 5.12 earthquakes. It is a complete primary school in Hefan country, and is about thirty miles away from the center of the town. What’s more, it is under the jurisdiction of eight countries, about 2000 peasants and 180 students. Due to lack of professional English teachers, the English level of the children is very low, especially their oral English. Teachers who can speak Chinese and are kind and loving and can inspire children’s interests of learning English are preferred. Simultaneously we have an urgent need for teachers who can also teach Chinese (mandarin), music and art.

Volunteers aim at English, Chinese, music and art.
1 English Volunteers or college students, and those who majored in English would be preferred.
2 People who are enthusiastic about Education, public services and have experiences about teaching and public services would be preferred.
3 Reluctant to bear hardship or do hard work, and willing to cooperate with school to implement all kinds of tasks.

Catering:
The school will be responsible for daily meals and volunteers usually have meals at school canteen (special requests should be put forward in advance, and standard will not be harmonized. As for the quality, the school will try their best to guarantee it).

Transport costs
The transport costs will be paid by volunteers themselves, and the school will be responsible for picking them up at the station and giving help in booking and purchasing return tickets.

Spare time
If the volunteers want to go to the places out of the district which the school is in or other cities, they should ask for permission of related teachers or school leader, even when they want to go out of the school.

Security
If the volunteers go outing or traveling, the expenses including costs of the begleiter m will be paid by themselves. The responsibility of their security will be taken by themselves. (The outings except the ones which the school arranges are not recommended.)

Duration
Long-term volunteers will work six to nine weeks or above, and vocational volunteers will work one to two weeks or above. The details will depend on the circumstances negotiated by both parties before teaching.

Accommodation condition
Dormitory and basic necessities will be provided and good sanitary condition will be guaranteed but no network

Teaching
A teaching plan and cultural communication plan should be prepared so as to achieve the goal of supporting school teaching and broadening students' horizon.

Passport and Visa
If volunteers need the school to help handling this issue, they should be responsible for all the expenses and let the school know in advance so that the school can choose.
